Caulfield Guineas placegetter Steparty has a little sister on the ground - and she's by our very own Fierce Impact.
Bred by Greg Baldwin, the filly has a fantastic outlook and is growing out well at Miranda Park under the watchful eye of Gary O'Meara.
"She's a beauty, a very classy filly and Greg is thrilled with her," said O'Meara.
"Greg might hang on to her and race her, he usually does that with mates. She's a valuable filly being a half to Steparty and she is a great example for Fierce Impact."
The quality of Fierce Impact's yearlings and foals is there for all to see in paddocks around the country, with very high fertility the stallion has lots of foals on the ground all with their chance to make the track and further their stallion's cause. Fierce Impact is on track to cover over 100 mares again in 2023, putting him well ahead of comparable proven stallions like Toronado and Maurice at the same stage.
